“ A Sustainable Walk in the Rainforest “
Sustainable Walks are once a month 2 hour walks in the a Mountains of the Central Valle in San Jose, Costa Rica. The purpose of these walks are created to encourage people to use their feet, be more connected to the Earth in community with other human beings. The last Sunday of every month we will gather in a remote location to explore nature while allowing nature and animals to teach us more organically who we are.
We do this to slow our humanity down and listen beyond what we know, deepen our connection to the environment and CHANGE! End Result? Life is better because we are mentally, physically and spiritually grounded to all living things– Powered by our own Two Feet”
The indigenous people around the world more commonly call this in their tradition…
