“When in fear find your feet”– Gabrielle Roth

One of the greatest blessings we have is the chosen power to use our own two feet. Our modern lifestyles with all it’s advanced technologies has shadowed the brilliance in walking naturally with the Earth.  If you feel you have missed out on the simple pleasure in having both feet firmly rooted with the earth, the time is now to make the change.

Questions to ask yourself?

Does your lifestyle support a walking relationship with the Earth?

When was the last time you took a walk?

Was your last walk on cement or soil?

If you have not walked in a while, why?

If any of these questions raise any concern for yourself then it’s time to take the hiking boots out, brush of the tennis shoes or grab your sandals and take a walk.  If none of these questions raise any concern or question?  You may be one of the many who need a quiet day in nature, away from every day distractions to re-establish a kinship with your feet and the earth.

Those who see this message as trite?  You may potentially be one of those who are feeling disconnected to them self, your community and the greater good.  If this sounds like you the solution is very simple. Find your feet, move your body and connect with Nature.  Good news.  It’s usually free.  It’s universally every where.  Its available to most of us all at any time!
