Walk Bike Costa Rica was manifested from Healing Mother Earth.  Healing Mother Earth is the foundation to every thing I do.  I conceived this sustainable healing practice in the belly of the Talamanca Jungle along the pristine free flowing waters of the Rio Pacuare, Costa Rica.  I spend my first two years living in the remote Village of Turrialba.

Riding the rapids of the Pacuare were regular adventure, bringing me back to the medicine of the Cabecar which taught me how to surrender and “go with the flow” which is not what I used to do.  With the powerful stewardship and of  Costa Rica Expeditions, the rugged leadership of Explornatura, and the greatest love of all, Mateo (Siberian Husky), I found safety and sanctuary between the Rio Pacuare and the Pejebeye River of Tres Secies, Turrialba.

Today, seven years and beyond, I continue to share my commitment in Healing Mother Earth while I develop my newest passion to build a bike culture called Walk Bike Costa Rica in the Greater Central Valley of San Jose. Those anonymously chosen individuals and groups who are passionate in understanding the sustainable Laws amongst the native people, while living among the urban dwellers of San Jose, receive the gifts of Walking-Biking in the Lungs of the Universe.

I believe we are being called back to the simple ways of being divinely connected to our precious Mother Earth.   The time is NOW to honor our “Warrior Within”, come home to our primal selves, breath in the Medicine of the Ancient Wisdom and live more respectfully amongst the Rainforest of Central America.  Healing Mother Earth will always sit in the bedrock of my being in everything I do.   Where ever I am… here or there?  I can bring the medicine in Healing Mother Earth with me.  I am she- she is me which makes me a very blessed human being.

“Humanity hears the Call of the Wild.  Eye to eye, with the spirit of the animal and soul to soul from the belly of the Earth; we listen, we walk, we dance to the beat of the primordial drum and, together, we celebrate the Natural World being our Playground where ALL LIVING SPECIES play in Peace, Passion and Prosperity.”
